Hey, i live in canada and theres a show called "extreme poodles" on TLC and that is where the picture is from. It is SICK to the core and i wonder WHY it isnt an animal cruelty. I totally get what you mean.
No way! I'd never think people would actually watch shows like these! Its so cruel! I saw panda ones as well on the news here in Singapore :(
